Tuesday Morning Links

Update:  I saw this link over at Max Keiser, and I feel this is something very very crucial and of    supreme importance we need to follow.  It has to to with Basel and capital rules for banks, specifically here talking about "watering down" what is the definition of capital on banks' balance sheets, and the Basel committee procrastinating high standards for capital ratios.  Story from Bloomberg, with hat tip to Max Keiser
