When Kamala worked to imprison people already proven innocent, and jail people for minor marijuana offenses, that's NOT "reform". When as California's Attorney General Kamala labored to keep the death penalty---that's NOT "reform". And when Kamala put African American parents in county jail for their child's truancy---that's NOT "reform".
