Reggie Middleton on Housing

I don't know a lot about this guy Reggie Middleton.  He's a regular poster on ZeroHedge blog, and I like what he has to say on this particular topic.  Housing.  Also I agree with his generally negative opinion on banks as an investment.  Bottom line:  This guy has some things to say and is worth a listen.
