Martin Wolf On Fiscal Spending

Martin Wolf of the Financial Times (a British newspaper) has some commentary on fiscal spending and whether it is helpful or hurtful at this stage, focusing primarily on USA and Britain.  I thought the article was well thought out and written and has some nice graphs.  You may have to register to read the article but it only requires ID and password, they don't ask any personal info.  It's quite a good paper and worth 2 minutes or less time to register and activate the account in your e-mail.
