I actually found out about this band "Alabama Shakes" from a finance blog (who for the moment shall go unnamed, heh). I am really quite impressed with the vocals, and the band is really solid as well. This tune is called "Hold On" and I really like it. Their self-titled CD should be out soon. I encourage one and all to purchase it.
